Promotional Items
Delegate Bags INR 2,00,000 Company logo printed on the delegate bags with the Conference logo.
Delegate bags insert INR 50,000 Opportunity to put an insert into the delegate’s bag. This will be a colour 1 – 2 page brochure, to be provided by the Sponsor.
Lanyards INR 1,00,000 Opportunity to supply the official conference name badge lanyard with sponsor logo, which must be worn by all delegates throughout the congress. Sponsor may use any vendor to produce the lanyards and is responsible for production costs.
Front Lobby, Dining Area and Session Halls INR 75,000 Opportunity to display company information and logo in the Front lobby, Dining area and all ten session halls. In the session halls, all computers will default to sponsor’s official website.
Pens and Writing pads INR 50,000 Opportunity to supply the official conference pens and writing pads with sponsor logo. Sponsor may use any vendor to produce the pens and the writing pads and is responsible for the production costs.
Internet Cafe INR 50,000 Opportunity to display company information and logo in the internet café, with all computers defaulting to sponsor’s official website.

*Conference provides multiple opportunities for product presentation and workshops. Organizers would be happy to help promote the event on Conference website, mobile app and program.

  • All side meeting requests will be approved by the Organizing Committee to ensure they are compatible with the goals of the Conference.
  • Any additional AV or electricity must be paid for by the sponsor.
  • Organizers of workshops/presentations must assume the cost of any food & beverage they wish to offer, noting that the venue has an exclusive caterer – only food or beverage secured by this caterer is permitted to be offered onsite.

 

Exhibition

The Commercial Exhibition will be an integral part of the Scientific Program. Companies offering innovative products in this field are encouraged to seize the opportunity to exhibit.

The Scientific Program is guaranteed to attract the top professionals in the field. Up to 650 conference participants from industry, universities and government are expected to attend.

The Welcome Reception, coffee breaks and poster sessions will be held in the Exhibition area. Participants will have time during lunch breaks to visit the Exhibition. A limited number of exhibit booths located in the proximity of the meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rental Fee includes:

  • A 2.4 metre high (8 feet) back wall with 1 metre high (3 feet) side blue drape

Please note that.

  • Rental of a turnkey booth will be possible at an additional charge.
  • Confirmation of acceptance of your booth application will be made following receipt of your completed “Application for Exhibit Space” and deposit.
  • Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and all applications are subject to the approval of the Exhibit Committee. Priority placement in the exhibition hall will be given to Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors (in that order).
